The AMACO Excel EX-270 is a top-loading ceramic kiln in AMACO's Excel line, firing on six Kanthal A-1 elements. It reaches Cone 10 on 240V (single or three phase) and on 208V three-phase; on 208V single-phase it is rated to Cone 6. We rewind the full set of six to AMACO's factory resistance so the chamber fires evenly.
