Heating Coils for Industrial Furnaces

Industrial furnaces demand heating elements that withstand relentless thermal cycling and heavy electrical loads. We manufacture custom replacement coils and elements for furnaces, heat-treating equipment, and process kilns — wound to your exact specifications.

Elements That Keep the Line Running

From annealing and tempering to heat treating and materials processing, industrial furnaces run hot and run often. Their heating elements absorb that punishment — and they are usually the first component to wear out. A failed element can stall an entire production line.

We wind heavy-gauge resistance elements to the exact wattage, voltage, and geometry your furnace was designed around, so it returns to full output without guesswork. Whether you need a one-off replacement or a recurring supply for scheduled maintenance, we build to your specification.

Why Source Your Elements From Us

Built for High Temperatures

Wound from FeCrAl alloys rated for sustained high-temperature, high-cycle service.

Heavy-Gauge Construction

Thicker resistance wire handles heavy current loads and resists deformation under heat.

Fast Turnaround

Custom elements wound and shipped quickly to minimize costly furnace downtime.

Custom Engineering

Any wattage, coil geometry, or termination — engineered to your specific furnace.

Applications We Support

If it runs on electric resistance heat, we can rebuild the element — across heat treating, lab, and production equipment.

Heat Treating & Hardening

Elements for annealing, tempering, hardening, and stress-relief furnaces that cycle hard, all day, every day.

Lab & Test Furnaces

Precision elements for box, tube, and muffle furnaces where temperature uniformity is critical.

Process & Production Kilns

Heavy-duty coils for sintering, calcining, brazing, and materials-processing equipment.

Scheduled Maintenance Supply

Recurring and bulk element orders for facilities that replace on a planned maintenance interval.

Element Forms We Wind

We manufacture to the geometry your furnace was built around — not just off-the-shelf shapes.

  • Helical coil elements for grooved refractory and element holders
  • Straight, hairpin, and formed rod elements
  • Heavy-gauge spirals for high-current, high-kW circuits
  • Multi-zone element sets matched for balanced output across the chamber
  • High-temperature FeCrAl (Kanthal-type) and specialty alloy windings

What We Need to Build Yours

Every element is made to order. Send us as much of the following as you can — our team can help fill in the gaps from your equipment details.

  • Supply voltage and phase
  • Required wattage or kilowatt rating
  • Resistance wire gauge
  • Element form and overall dimensions
  • Mounting and termination style
  • Furnace make, model, or process temperature

Need a recurring supply?

For facilities running scheduled maintenance, we offer tiered pricing on repeat and bulk orders. Send us your specifications and expected volume for a custom quote.

Industrial Furnace Element FAQ

What wire do you use for industrial furnace elements?

For most furnace and heat-treating work we wind from FeCrAl (iron-chromium-aluminium) alloys such as Kanthal A1 and APM, which hold up to sustained high temperatures and form a protective oxide layer. For specific process temperatures or atmospheres we can recommend and wind an appropriate alloy and gauge.

Can you match an element if the furnace is no longer supported?

Yes. Obsolete and discontinued furnaces are a large part of what we do. Send the failed element plus the furnace voltage, wattage/kW rating, and physical dimensions, and we reverse-engineer the wire gauge, coil geometry, and terminations to rebuild it to original output.

Do you supply multi-zone furnaces with matched element sets?

We do. For multi-zone chambers we wind complete sets matched for resistance so each zone delivers balanced output and the controller can hold a uniform profile across the furnace.

Can you set up a recurring supply for scheduled maintenance?

Yes — for facilities that swap elements on a planned interval, we offer tiered pricing on repeat and bulk orders. Share your specification and expected annual volume and we will quote a standing supply arrangement.

How fast can you turn around a furnace element?

Most custom elements are wound and shipped within days of a confirmed specification, with expedited options when a line is down. The faster you can confirm voltage, wattage, and dimensions, the sooner we can ship.
