The Cress FX-27 is a top-loading ceramic kiln from Cress's FX (Kiln Sitter) line, firing up to Cone 10 on a 240V (25-amp) or 208V (30-amp) supply. A full set is six elements set in the sidewall grooves. We wind the complete set to Cress's factory resistance so the kiln returns to full firing speed.
