Exact-Spec Elements for Your e23M
The L&L e23M is the mid-height Easy-Fire — a 22⅜″ × 22½″ chamber, about 5.5 cubic feet, rated to Cone 10 with 3″ K23 brick. It is built from two 9″ sections plus a 4½″ section and fires on five elements. When firings slow we wind the full set of five to L&L's factory resistance for 240V or 208V, seated for the ceramic element holders.

How many elements does the e23M take?
Five — the e23M’s two 9″ sections plus a half-section take five elements.
How is the e23M different from the e23S and e23T?
The e23S is single-section (four elements, 4.4 cu ft), the e23M is mid-height (five elements, 5.5 cu ft), and the e23T is the tall three-section (six elements, 6.7 cu ft). Order by the badge on your kiln.
What voltage does it use?
240V or 208V single phase — we match the resistance to your supply.
