The Paragon Viking-28 is a 12-sided, roughly 10 cubic-foot production kiln rated to Cone 10, drawing about 14,400 watts on a 70-amp, 240-volt circuit. It fires on six elements — Paragon runs a hotter middle element with matched top and bottom elements to keep the tall chamber even. We wind the full set of six to each position’s factory resistance so a tired Viking returns to full Cone 10 speed.
