The Skutt KM-1231 is Skutt's tallest production kiln — a 12-sided chamber roughly 28″ across by 31″ deep, about 11.6 cubic feet, rated to Cone 10 and delivering over 23,000 watts. It fires on seven elements arranged as two top/bottom, two intermediate and three center to hold an even profile through the deep chamber. We wind the full set of seven to each position's factory resistance, in single or three phase.
